A stunning, large Italian anchovy pot dating from the late nineteenth-century, made from terracotta with a creamy white gloss glaze. It has two little handles at the top and an elegant cylindrical silhouette. This will look superb when displayed with other antique pottery.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
