Hand Wash or machine wash cold, with liquid detergent to reduce friction and shedding. Skip the dryer. All garments shed fibres during washing and when the fabrics are synthetic its best practice to try and catch them before they are rinsed through the drain. We have  to catch these fibres and using them  can prevent up to 90% of them from entering wastewater.
